Overview of the Customer Portal.
Customer Portal Main Page
This page allows you to see any tickets that have been submitted by you or your organization/company.
At the center of the screen are all the submitted projects. Projects marked with the “OPEN” status are projects that are being worked on by our engineering/drafting teams. Projects marked with the “CLOSED” status are projects that have had the “Final” documents submitted to you, the client.
At the top right of the screen is the “Submit A New Project” link, “Projects” link, and “Sign out” link.
